1. too self critical
2. mismanaging my time
3. worrying too much (what if someone breaks into the house RIGHT now, what would i do? what if i get possessed like Emily Rose? What if the kids get really sick? worry worry worry....)
4. procrastination
5. short changing myself or feeling guilty when I have to charge people for work I do for them
6. taking on TOO many projects
7. eating too much sugar
8. working out too little
9. collecting clutter
10. forgetting to return phone calls (sorry joey!)
