Gobble Gobble!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a fairly mellow and relaxing Turkey day at home yesterday. We were all still battling colds (except Josh! phew!), but it was nice none the less.

Jessica was taking lots and lots of steps yesterday and "wooing" her Daddy with all her "da-da-da"ing and other "talking". Today she is busy again working on her walking...guess I know what she needs for Christmas...SHOES!!! (Mommy's very excited about buying her cute girlie shoes!)

Jessica took 3 more steps today! She is soo cute! As soon as she realizes that you're looking at her, she falls right down! She is getting way too big... xoxo

Alone we go

So picture that YOU're sick, 2 of 3 of your KIDS are sick...your kids, 2 of which have WAY too much energy sick or not...to school or not to school??? Tuesdays and Thursdays are preschool days, but Justin had a fever of the weekend and was still pretty icky so I kept them both home on Tuesday. But by this morning I was feeling horrible and not so much in the mood to deal with the craziness, so Josh went off to school and Justin stayed with Jessica and I. Josh was absolutely fine with this from the moment we dropped him off at school til the time we picked him up. Justin on the other hand...no, he was actually fine MOST of the time. We did some shopping and he was perfect (he asked for "his Josh" and said he missed him but no big deal), BUT when he found out that it wasn't time to pick up Josh and that we'd be going home for a bit, he freaked! He did not want to go home at all w/o Josh, so we ended up DRIVING around til it was close to noon.....CRAZINESS!

I took 2 little steps again today! Mommy was so excited, but when she tried to see if i could do more, I pretended like I didn't know I was doing! I have her SO fooled!

Dentist

Today was Josh's first visit to the Dentist (yes, I realize that he's 4 and only NOW having his first visit...)! Both of the boys actually had appointments. Justin for a filling and Josh for a cleaning. They both did great and again I was told how they can't believe how good Justin is for only being 4! (MY Justin?!) A couple of cute quotes from the visit...

In the playroom "waiting room", Josh was in for his visit and Justin was playing. A boy comes up and says, "Hi, my name's Jimmy." and Justin says, "My name's Justin, and my boy is named Josh." (HOW CUTE IS THAT?!) and they he says while pointing to me, "And this is my sister, Mom." ahahhaha

What's in a name?

"3 guys, a girl and a mom??!?!?!" Okay, okay, here's the explaination... 3 guys (tom, josh & justin), a girl (jessica), and a mom (uh...me!). Doesn't that ring a bell??? Think cheesy sitcom that didn't really last too long....YES, 2 guys a girl and a pizza place! Ding, ding, ding! xoxo
